I almost didn’t post this cause it’s such a simple dump and bake dish but I’ve made it a million times and it’s so good! So great when you need a quick dinner 🥘

Ingredients

Rice

I use Basmati rice. It absorbs all the liquid as it bakes, soaking up the cream, broth, and Boursin flavor. Basmati specifically stays fluffy and doesn’t get gummy.

Boursin Cheese

Will make the dish so creamy. Any flavored cream cheese works as a substitute, especially if you add some herbs and garlic seasoning.

Shredded cheese

I used a Mexican blend cheese but you can use whatever you have on hand!

Broth and Cream

You can si so for vegetable broth and exclude heavy cream if you like (add another cup of broth) but the cream will make the dish creamy!

Broccoli

I love broccoli in this, but any frozen veggie works

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. The rice will continue absorbing moisture as it sits, so add a splash of chicken broth when reheating to loosen it back up. To freeze, let it cool completely, portion into airtight containers, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave with a little added broth.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    Combine all do the ingredients in an oven safe dish and add Boursin in the middle. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 400F for 45 min.

    Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes before stirring everything. Serve with Parmesan.

Notes & Tips

If you prefer you can place raw cubed chicken into the dish! Just make sure it cooks completely
