Creamy Tortellini Spinach and Artichoke bake

I love love love a tortellini bake! Especially when they are this easy to throw together. Add additional spices if you’d like but both the broth and the dip brings a lot of flavor!

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Add tortellini to a baking dish.

Place the artichoke & spinach dip on top.

Add sliced chicken sausage and frozen spinach to the dish.

Pour chicken broth evenly over everything (do not stir).

Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.

Uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes, until bubbly.

If it comes out a little loose or watery, give it a gentle stir and let it sit for a few minutes—it will thicken as it cools. Stir once more before serving if needed.
