Fettuchine Alfredo Soup

   Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent.

   Add the Alfredo sauce and chicken broth to the pot. Season with salt and black pepper, then bring the mixture up to a gentle simmer.

   Break the fettuccine into pieces and add it to the pot. Let it cook for about five minutes.

   Add the broccoli and shredded chicken. Continue cooking for another five minutes, until the broccoli is tender and the chicken is heated through.

   Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese and mix everything together.
