French Onion Chicken Orzo

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Add orzo and French onion soup cubes to a baking dish. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.

Add the cubed chicken to one side of the dish and the spinach to the other side.

Season everything with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cover tightly with a lid or foil.

Bake for 40–45 minutes.

Remove the lid, stir everything together well, then bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until the orzo is tender and creamy. Sprinkle Parmesan on top
Notes & Tips
If it ever looks a little thick when you stir at the end, just add a splash of broth or water and mix. This will loosen right up into that creamy texture. If it’s still watery, up the temperature to 425F and cook for 10 more minutes uncovered.
