Here’s another roundup of my absolute favorite dump-and-bake recipes. I love having these up my sleeve during busy weeks because they save us from ordering takeout. They’re also so customizable, so you can use whatever you have at home. As always, let me know if you have any questions, either by reaching out over email or on Instagram.

1. Tortellini Goat Cheese Bake
Okayyy stop what you’re doing and make this as soon as possible. The combination of honey, goat cheese and tomatoes makes this absolutely dreamy and a winner meal! 🥇

2. Chicken And Feta Rice
I wish I could tell you this plated beautifully. I can't. It's ugly. But it was delicous! The rice was perfectly cooked, the chicken was soo good, and the flavors were doing exactly what they were supposed to do. You won't regret making this.

3. French Onion Pasta
I’ve been eyeing this French onion soup at Trader Joe’s for a while with hopes of adding it to pasta. I finally tried and it did NOT disappoint 🤩✨ this recipe is definitely a keeper. Serve as is or with chicken or steak!

4. Boursin one pot bake
There’s something really satisfying about a true dump and bake dinner, and this one has been on repeat for me lately. It’s creamy and easy, but the lemon keeps everything feeling fresh and balanced. You throw everything into one dish, rice, orzo, chicken sausage, spinach, Boursin, and it bakes into this rich, flavorful meal where the cheese melts right into the broth!

5. Boursin Chicken Sausage Bake
We are smack in the middle of summer, which for us somehow means I have even less time to cook than usual. Standing over a hot stove every night is not something I’m interested in, and I’ve definitely decided to make dump and bake dinners more and more throughout the week. The oven does all the work, I do almost none of it! This recipe uses chicken sausage, rice, and Boursin cheese, and it turned out to be one of the best weeknight dinners I’ve made in a while. I’m already planning to make it again!

6. Macaroni and cheddar chicken sausage and cheese
This might be the easiest Trader Joe’s dinner hack ever. Macaroni, chicken sausage, and that cheddar cheese spread, all baked into one cheesy pan of delicous!

7. Creamy Bacon Orzo Bake
One tray dinners have my whole heart 🫶 Minimal dishes, so flavorful, low effort but feels a little fancy. This baked orzo with crispy bacon, tomatoes, and creamy stracciatella is sooo good. Exactly the kind of recipe I reach for on busy weeknights. Let me know if you try 🧡

8. Spinach and Artichoke Orzo
Both my kids loved this and so will you since it’s one tray dinner that literally takes 5 minutes of prep. The oven will make this into the creamiest yummiest dinner you’ll have all week!
