Boursin one pot bake

There’s something really satisfying about a true dump and bake dinner, and this one has been on repeat for me lately. It’s creamy and easy, but the lemon keeps everything feeling fresh and balanced. You throw everything into one dish, rice, orzo, chicken sausage, spinach, Boursin, and it bakes into this rich, flavorful meal where the cheese melts right into the broth!

Ingredients

Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2
In a large oven-safe dish or pot, add onion, chicken sausage, rice-orzo mix (with seasoning packet), spinach, lemon (slices or juice), and the whole Boursin cheese.
- 3
Pour in 2 1/4 cups chicken broth and gently stir just to combine slightly (it’s okay if the Boursin stays mostly whole).
- 4
Cover tightly with foil or a lid.
- 5
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the rice and orzo are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- 6
Remove from oven and stir everything together until creamy. Taste and season as needed.
