1. Soyaki Beef Bowl
$15.25 - 4 servings
This is one of those dinners I make when I want something really good but don’t want to spend much time cooking. The beef cooks in Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce so it’s super flavorful, and then everything goes over rice with a fried egg and lots of scallions. It’s quick, nutritions and perfect for a busy weeknight.

2. Crescent Roll Chicken Pot Pie
$21.13 - 4 servings
This might be the easiest chicken pot pie you’ll ever make! Chicken, mirepoix, Alfredo sauce and topped with crescent rolls and baked until golden. Comfort food with almost no effort.

3. Taco Beef Baked Sweet Potato
$19.96 - 4-5 servings
Loaded sweet potatoes but make them weeknight easy! I bake the potatoes until they’re super soft, pile on taco beef, add lots of cheddar cheese, and melt it in the oven. Finish with avocado and dinner’s done. So simple and really good 🌮🥔🧀

4. Creamy Boursin Tomato Pasta
$16.93 - 4-5 servings
I threw this together one night with a few Trader Joe’s ingredients I had on hand, and it turned into such a good, creamy one pan pasta!

5. Quick Mushroom Boursin Pasta
$9.79 - 4 servings
This is a weeknight version of one of my most loved recipes! Mushroom pasta, it comes together and absolutely no time and tastes incredible
