In a large pot, boil water and cook pasta until al dente.

Add olive oil and butter to a pan, once butter is melted, add tomatoes, season with salt and sauté for a couple of minutes.

Add pesto and sour cream to pan, mix everything and let cook for 4-5 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and mix to combine. Add spaghetti and mix.
