5 Aldi dinners for $63! (Grocery list + Recipes)

This week’s meal plan is from Aldi! All of these meals are made with few ingredients, they are easy to make and they are all delicious!

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
12 oz artichoke hearts
14.5 oz teriyaki sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1. Artichoke Chicken Bake

If you need a filling and flavorful dinner, try this one out! Super creamy and easy to make, make great leftovers too! I served with about 1 cup of basmati rice and each serving packs 55 grams of protein!

2. Teriyaki Green Been Beef

I don’t think dinner can come together quicker than this. Everything is done in the time it’ll take you to cook your rice!

3. Ranch Bacon Sheet Pan

A simple sheet pan meal is one of my absolute favorite meals, especially when it’s topped with bacon and it tastes like ranch! This one is for sure a keeper!
