In a slow cooker, add the stew meat, bone broth, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp of the Mushroom & Company seasoning blend. Stir to combine. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Once done cooking, season again with salt, pepper, and the remaining seasoning blend to taste. Add 2 tbsp butter, let it melt on the warm setting, and stir everything together.

When there are about 45 minutes left on the slow cooker, boil the potatoes until fork tender. Drain and mash with 2 tbsp butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

Trim the ends off the asparagus. In a small pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the asparagus with salt and pepper until tender.

Serve the stew meat over mashed potatoes with asparagus on the side.
