Ingredients

Instructions
- 1
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- 2
Add ground beef and cook until it starts to brown, breaking it up as it cooks.
- 3
While the beef cooks, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (this only takes a couple of minutes). Reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water before draining, then set noodles aside.
- 4
Dice zucchini and add it to the pan with the beef. Stir and cook until slightly softened and the beef is fully browned.
- 5
Add the cooked ramen noodles into the pan.
- 6
Pour in ponzu sauce, sesame seed oil, and the reserved 1/2 cup of noodle water.
- 7
Stir everything together until the sauce coats the noodles evenly and everything is well combined.
