5 Trader Joe’s dinners for $83.22

Here’s another week of Trader Joe’s meals! A couple of the recipes will need a couple of spices not included here so check if you have those before you head to the store!

1 container of mirepoix (or 2 carrots diced, 3 celery stalks diced, 1/2 onion diced)
2 cups spinach
2 lemons
3 lb Dutch yellow baby potatoes (or any type of small potato)
12 oz green beans
8 oz white button mushrooms

1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 lb ground beef
2 (8 oz) packages cheddar chicken sausage

6 oz cream cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
1.5 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
6 oz tzatziki
Grains & Pasta
0.5 lb bowtie (farfalle) pasta
28 oz Thai wheat noodles (3 packets, buy 2 packages)
1.5 cups raw basmati rice

7.5 cups chicken broth (you’ll need 2 containers)
1/2 cup soyaki sauce
3 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup flour

1. Chicken Stroganoff

4. Cheeseburger Soup
$25 - 5 to 6 servings
I think I’ve outdone myself. This cheeseburger soup might be one of my new favorite soups it is so creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, really like your favorite burger in cozy soup form. Definitely going on repeat all fall and winter.

5. Shrimp Noodle Bowl
$17.42 - 4 servings
Every time I make this I wonder why I do t make it more often? It’s just a handful ingredients and tastes better than takeout! So fresh yet saucy and delicous!
